Ivar Bergmans (born in 1981) holds an MSc degree in Architecture, Building, and planning from Eindhoven University. He completed his master’s in Architecture at TU/Eindhoven in 2010. Since January 2020, he has been a member of Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in education and the research group Smart Urban Redesign. His focus is on sustainable architecture and biobased and circular building technology. In the transition from a linear to a more circular economy, he combines research and practice to innovate on prefabricated renovation solutions. His mission is to transfer his acquired knowledge of sustainable Architecture to the engineer of the future.
