I am a Senior Researcher and Lecturer in Circularity and Sustainability in the Built Environment at the Smart Urban Redesign Research Centre, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, Heerlen, Netherlands. I work on national and international projects on circularity and sustainability in buildings and contribute to a new bachelor’s program on circular cities and communities. Previously, I was an assistant professor at the University of Twente, specializing in circular infrastructure. I also worked as an LCA project manager in France. My PhD focused on sustainability assessment of building systems, with expertise in LCA, LCC, circular design, energy efficiency, and bio-based materials.
